The Certificate is required for those who have decided to:

  •  confirm their qualifications of Health Care practitioner, junior health care personnel, dentist or pharmacist qualification in the countries of the British Commonwealth and European Community.

  •  continue education ( Post Graduate, Internship ) abroad

  •  participate in international conferences, forums, exhibitions

  •  receive full registration in the Medical Council of the countries of the British Commonwealth

  •  become a member of international associations, unions and groups etc.

  •  acquire legal registration abroad according to your qualification in the Medical Councils of the countries of the British Commonwealth and European Community.

The Certificate is a single valid document, verifying your qualification conformity in the world.

To receive the Certificate the following is to be provided :

•  Application form №1 (attached)
•  Two registered letters of previous employment or education
•  ACME Certificate (Attestation Course of Medical English)
•  Registered duplicates of the legalized documents, confirming medical specialist's qualifications (complete list of documents is here )
•  Two photos (passport-type)
•  Registration fee
