ARTICLE 7. Costs and Properties of Organization

7.1 To support its statute activities Organization may attribute properties of houses, buildings, equipment, facilities, inventory, transport means, funds, including foreign currency, other properties.

7.2 Funds and properties of Organization are used exclusively for accomplishment of its statute tasks and objectives.

7.3 Organization ownership is protected and defended by current law of Ukraine .

7.4 Properties and funds of Organization are developed due to:
• optional contribution fees, presents and money deducted, charity funding of foundations, NGOs, professional communities, economic societies, companies, institutions and organizations, Ukrainian and foreign physical and legal persons by check and due to settlement accounts;
• membership fees;
• money reward contributions, received from economic and other activities, state settlement account institutions, organizations and enterprises established by Organization;
• charitable funds and contributions, that have special purpose nature, contributed by physical and legal persons by check and due to settlement accounts;
• financial and material assistance for Organization programs realization directly from local or State budget funds according to the law of Ukraine ;
• Incomes from enterprises, organizations, attributed to the ownership of Organization, in the form of dividends and other passive incomes;
• Funds of international technical and financial assistance, grants, due to support of international organizations, legal and physical persons abroad;
