ARTICLE 8. Accounting and Audit

8.1 Organization, established institutions and organizations due to its initiatives accomplish efficient, accounting and monitoring audit in order determined; enter determined obligation payments to the budget in order, determined by the law of Ukraine .

8.2 Responsibility for current state of audit, prompt accounting reports is assigned to the chief accountant, whose competence is determined by the current law.
