ARTICLE 9. Organization Closedown

9.1 Suspend of activities of Organization may be fulfilled by means of reorganization or liquidation. Decision about Organization activities suspend can be achieved by not less than 2/3 of votes of members present at the Conference of Organization.

9.2 In case of reorganization of Organization total rights and duties are preceded to its authorized representatives.

9.3 Organization is liable to liquidation:
• according to Conference decision;
• according to Court, economic court decision in accordance with current law.

9.4 Organization liquidation is completed by appointed Conference or by the organ, which has taken according decision about liquidation, Liquidation Commission. From the day of Liquidation Commission establishment, all authorities of Organization business and management are transferred to it accordingly.

9.5 Liquidation Commission estimates owned properties of Organization, determines its debtors and creditors, and settles accounts with them, taking measures of Organization debts settlement in favour of the third persons, completes liquidation balance and provides it for Conference or a body that appointed the Liquidation Commission.

9.6 In case of liquidation of Organization its actives should be transferred to another non-profitable organization of appropriate type or entered the budget income accounts.

9.7 Liquidation is considered completed, and Organization is regarded as such that ceased its activities from the moment of enlisted records about its activities suspend to the state register.
