Types of Registration

• Preliminary registration may be acquired by qualified specialists who have graduated as well as doctors-interns.

To receive the Preliminary registration is to be provided :

• Application form №1 (attached)
• Two registered letters of previous education
• The Certificate of Medical English Competence issued by the Education Department of MCU
• Registered duplicates of the legalized documents, confirming medical specialist's qualifications (complete list of documents is here)
• Two photos (passport-type)
• Certificate about health state in general
• I nsurance policy number

• Full registration may be acquired by practitioners and junior health care personnel of state and private medical institutions in Ukraine.

To receive the Full registration is to be provided :

• Application form №1 (attached)
• Two registered letters of previous employment or education
• The Certificate of Medical English Competence issued by the Education Department of MCU
• Registered duplicates of the legalized documents, confirming medical specialist's qualifications (complete list of documents is here)
• Two photos (passport-type)
• Certificate about health state in general
• I nsurance policy number
