What are procedures of registration for passing of TOEFL iBT?

    It is possible to pass through internet - based version of TOEFL iBT in officially authorized Center of Testing Service STN 11455 A at Department of Education and Training of Medical Council of Ukraine at immediate address in Kyiv: of.3, 30 Ivan Franko str., phone/fax: 8 (044) 235-15-13, or 8 (044) 592-05-75.     Registration number for direct testing is granted only by Regional Registration Centre TOEFL (RRC) situated in the Netherlands (Europe/NIS Registration Centre, Telephone: +31 320-239-540 Fax: +31 320-239-541)

    You are authorized to pass TOEFL only after received registration number and assigned date of Testing from Coordination Centre.

    To accomplish your registration for TOEFL you may by phone, by fax and by mail.

    For registration by phone payment is settled with credit VISA card, MasterCard or American Express card. To be registered in this case you need to phone to the Regional Registration Centre (RRC), that is located in the Netherlands, not later than three days before assigned date of test administration and provide your personal information that is listed in advance into international standard application form for test passing (International Test Scheduling Form), This form can be found inside of information bulletin at address: http://www.toefl.org/pubs/dnldbltn.html

    After this you will be assigned with your personal identification number, date and time of your exam and further address of Testing Centre. For registration by phone it is necessary to fax your issued form directly into the Regional Registration Centre, in this case you will not need mail registration: otherwise, you will be registered two times and it will be necessary to pay for two tests ordered by you.

    For fax registration your payment is settled with credit VISA card, MasterCard and American Express. To accomplish this registration you are recommended to fax your filled standard international form International Test Scheduling Form and information about credit card to the regional registration centre not later than 7 days before assigned date of testing. Fax reduplication will cause repeated registration and accordingly, double payment for testing. Information about personal identification number, date and time of testing and also immediate address of the centre of testing will be faxed or mailed for you.

    For mail registration payment by check, postal order or with the help of credit VISA cards, MasterCard, American Express. During filling of Test Scheduling Form five variants of date of testing are assigned, number of Testing Centre and city this centre is located in.
