May it be possible to change the date of testing in general ?

    If you decline your test passing, than not later than 3 working days before the date of testing you need calling the Regional Registration Centre (RRC) in the Netherlands. Otherwise part of test cost value ($65) will not be compensated. For alteration of date of testing 40$ will be retained. To do this you need filling application on reimburse of amount of money (Refund Request Form) and send it to TOEFL Services (P. O. Box 6151, Princeton, NJ, 08541-6151, USA; fax: 1-609-771-75-00). If you do not appear for passing TOEFL test in time assigned to you than settled payment for testing will not be compensated . For passing repeated test you will need supplementary procedure of registration and settle your test payment again.
